AWM Series - Weldable
The AWM gage is a half bridge with active and dummy sensing elements sealed in a steel tube and can operate at up to 300˚C. It is completely waterproof and mounted via welding to the test piece. An apparent strain curve enabling correction of readings due to temperature change is provided. The standard gage comes equipped with 2m long MI (hot zone) and 0.5m vinyl (cool zone) cable - see figure below. To request a price quotation, please select the MI and vinyl cables lengths desired.
