These QF series gages are specialized for measuring the shear strain in a bar subjected to pure torsion up to 200 ° C. They can be used on virtually any material. Factory attached integral lead wire in a 3 wire arrangement and in lengths or 1, 3 or 5m are available on single axis gages and 1m on rosettes due to their high cost.
